If part of your fleet runs iOS, this service covers only the Android side.

Some Xiaomi Redmi models on MIUI 10–12 have trouble with QR enrollment. List your models in the form and we’ll check them first.

FAQ

Before you ask for a quote

What happens if my fleet grows or shrinks?

Inside a server’s fixed range nothing changes. Outside it, each device adds or takes off $1.50. Fleet goes down to 200 devices; below that you move to Team. Scale stays at $1,299 up to 1,000 devices.

Why is Team cheaper than Fleet with the same 200 devices?

Team is a smaller server without remote control, URL filtering, two-factor sign-in, bulk enrollment or Knox. Fleet brings all of that on a bigger machine.

Is the server really only mine?

Yes. Each company gets a dedicated server with its own subdomain and HTTPS. Your devices, locations, photos and logs are not stored with anyone else’s.

How long does setup take?

We confirm the date with your quote. Your server is deployed, secured and reachable before you enroll the first device.

Do I need to factory reset the devices?

Yes. Full control requires a new or factory-reset device: tap the welcome screen six times and scan the QR code. Samsung devices can use Knox Mobile Enrollment.

Does it work with iPhone or iPad?

No. This service manages Android devices only, version 7.0 or later, with full functionality from Android 9.

Can I move from another MDM?

Yes. Devices are released from the old system, factory reset and enrolled on your new server. Bulk import and export helps plan the move in batches.

Is there a minimum term?

Prices are monthly, in USD, and follow your active devices. Billing terms are spelled out in your quote before you sign anything.
